About the Project, Program and FAQ

Everything you need to know about this free educational webinar series

About the Project

Many modern relationships develop within a context of demanding professional lives. When both partners work long hours or face continuous professional pressure, maintaining emotional closeness requires conscious attention.

Research on dual-career couples indicates that heavy workloads can unintentionally create emotional distance. Partners may feel constantly busy, mentally exhausted, and unable to dedicate meaningful time to conversations that nurture the relationship.

Over time, relationships can shift into what psychologists call a "functional mode," where partners successfully manage responsibilities together but feel less emotionally connected.

Studies in relationship psychology (Journal of Marriage and Family, Family Process, Work, Employment and Society, 2023–2026) show that the main challenge for such couples is not the lack of love or commitment but the gradual reduction of shared emotional experiences.

This webinar series does not suggest unrealistic solutions such as abandoning professional ambitions or drastically changing lifestyles. Instead, it explores how professional stress influences emotional perception, communication, and empathy within relationships.

Participants will learn how small shifts in awareness and communication can help preserve warmth and connection even during intense professional periods.

The project is purely educational and does not promote products, services, or commercial solutions.

This project does not promote relationship coaching programs, therapy services, couple applications, or commercial relationship tools.

The webinar is provided for educational purposes only. The invited expert participates as a guest contributor.
